Give Yourself An Education Valentine

It's February!!! Groundhogs come out of their holes, agents emerge from winter rest and relaxation eager to learn, grow and get after some business and lovers swoon at Valentine's Day. What better time for there to be 91 hours of educational opportunities at the Coldwell Banker Education Center? Headlined with the Coldwell Banker Colorado Business Conference (CBC) and the Internationally known Ed Hatch, February has the full spectrum of topics and relevant content and embedded in the CB schedule. Maybe it's time to give yourself some "education love" and take a class or two.

GREAT Classes for February!!!

Just a few of the fantastic classes schedule for February at the brand new Education Center on the Southeast corner of Evans and Monaco (just 1.2 miles East of I-25).

Some of the HOT classes this month are Tech Tools 2008 (focuses on gadgets and websites), Secrets to Sales Success, Title Commitments Inside Out, Pricing on the Internet, Contracting HUD Homes with Dave DeElena, 37 Ways to Market Your Listings, Being the Market Expert, and three other very special classes. Beginning this month Todd Moir, Marketing Director and Rich Sands, Education Director will ofer a monthly class called What You Have and How To Use It that will dip into the tools and resources available to CBRB agents and the practical applications of each. Don't miss it. Electronic Presentations 1 will be the first of three classes carrying agents into the world of Power Point and its real estate uses. Last, the Listing Process is a class that will help you through the entire listing process and make it feel easy.
